New home builders come in many different sizes just as homes do.  From the national builders you may know to the local builders of all sizes you may not be familiar with.  All of them have different strengths and capabilities.

For your convenience, I have provided links, by county, featuring new home communities by some of the largest builders in the country.  If you would like to discover the options offered by local builders please
contact me. There is a builder out there who will match your needs!


Please Remember.... 
The sales representatives you meet at a model home works for the builder, not for you, the buyer!  While they are very helpful, their job is to sell you the house at the price and terms most favorable to the builder .  Most of the time once you register while visiting a model home, you lose the option to be represented by a licensed real estate agent later.  How do you prevent this?  Make sure you bring me with you before you register.

The real estate commission is already built into the published home prices! It costs you nothing extra to use my professional real estate services when you buy a home . You will not pay any less by going to a new construction sales office unrepresented!  More importantly, who is representing you when you go it alone?

Your Edge.... 
If you choose to use an exclusive buyer agent when you purchase a new construction home they will be your advocate, counselor, representative, and liaison in communicating your interests to your builder. This is the edge you must have!
